No way to see who sync'ed a pacakge

Bug Description

When I look at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/quantal/+source/klibc/2.0~rc5-1 I can't tell who sync'ed over the Ubuntu diff and then got us into a situation where initramfs-tools is uninstallable. It'd be REALLY nice to know which Ubuntu dev did this so I could discuss it with them and get the problem resolved.
