Bug Description
When using lp_buttontags and adding tags to a bug report it can take a while between clicking the tag and having the tag added to the bug report. So if you refresh the page too soon, or the script does it for you, it appears as if your tag was not added. Instead perhaps the script should add in the tags section, if its not there, or add the tag you added to it.
