Ping URL setting, value not show in "install guide"

Bug Description
I updated the ping URL in the organisation settings page. (All our traffic is https.)
Updated the apache config, so ping appears to be working over https.
However the "You can register new computers by following these instructions." link still shows the default http URL with "/ping" on the end.
/opt/canonical/
Needs to be updated to use the ping URL setting value (if set).
