Bug Description
The code in the Landscape 23.02 client that reports Ubuntu Pro status information to the server likely runs this check as the landscape user. Running this check as a non-root user erroneously reports Livepatch as disabled even when this is enabled. See LP#2019997
This seems to be caused by an underlying issue with the pro client needing sudo to correctly get the status from `canonical-
The code here, likely needs to run either as root or with sudo to correctly return the status of Livepatch, and report that to the server.
