Ubuntu Pro info reports Livepatch disabled even when enabled

Bug Description

The code in the Landscape 23.02 client that reports Ubuntu Pro status information to the server likely runs this check as the landscape user. Running this check as a non-root user erroneously reports Livepatch as disabled even when this is enabled. See LP#2019997

This seems to be caused by an underlying issue with the pro client needing sudo to correctly get the status from `canonical-livepatch status`

The code here, likely needs to run either as root or with sudo to correctly return the status of Livepatch, and report that to the server.
