Bug Description
When landscape client gets deployed alongside the landscape-server charm. The address for the landscape server has to be known in advance to set the url/ping_url settings. Those values should be easily collected and set via a relation to landscape-server.
Otherwise the some post deploy steps need to be made to set the proper url and ping_url to the landscape server before clients can be registered.
