Bug Description
The Ubuntu installer will fail after editing the boot option and pressing install. It fails with 2 messages:
"Failed to receive reconfiguration the file
The file needed for preconfiguration could not be retrieved from file ///cdrom/
And then followed by this message (same screen)
"Installation step failed
An installation step failed. You can try to run the failing item again from the menu, or skip it and choose something else. The failing step is: Load debconf preconfiguartion file"
