Hello,

Can you update the file labs/stacktrain/distros/ubuntu_18_04_server_amd64.py as here
https://opendev.org/openstack/training-labs/commit/cb79feb85846329cc4fed5bd69bbff0a40749205
to update the URL used for Ubuntu 18.04 ISO file ?

The URL cdimage.ubuntu.com/releases/18.04/release/ubuntu-18.04.4-server-amd64.iso
report the following error :
"Not Found
The requested URL was not found on this server.
Apache/2.4.29 (Ubuntu) Server at cdimage.ubuntu.com Port 80"

but URL http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/releases/18.04/release/ubuntu-18.04.5-server-amd64.iso works.

The md5sum for the ubuntu-18.04.5-server-amd64.iso file is :
$ md5sum ubuntu-18.04.5-server-amd64.iso
a3e1c494a02abf1249749fa4fd386438 ubuntu-18.04.5-server-amd64.iso
