[DOCS] Update container images used on the docs

Bug Description

With the new docker download rate limitation[1], we should update Kuryr-kubernetes documentation to move from celebdor/kuryr-demo container image to quay.io/kuryr/demo.

Hi Maysa,
I am done setting up my local machine and everything seems to be working as at now. Like I said, I am Outreachy applicant and would be working on Kuryr-kubernetes. Though contributions opens tomorrow but could I take on this simple task since no one seems to have worked on it since it was raised? Thanks

As an example, this doc section[1] needs to be updated, but there might be other places.
