Passwords cannot contain spaces

Bug Description
We have a user who has a space in their password - on KnowledgeTree this is not a problem and they can login fine. When using the Zimlet, however, they are given a warning: "Login error: Missing required parameter: Username"
This bug is easily reproduced; enter a space into your own password on the Zimlet and it will produce the same error.
Can a method of accommodating spaces in passwords be introduced? This is obviously not a problem for LDAP / KT.

Hi Joseph,
I will let you know again if I can fix it as I don't have the dev environment anymore, it can then be quite difficult to investigate.
