Bug Description
We currently load default plugin provided by grafana repository, but for some scenario (Alerting for exemple) basic but required plugin such as the grafana-
As an attempt to let OPS add new plugins to their grafana easily, we should improve the currently existing grafana plugin installation block to support a user defined list of plugins to install.
