Limit resources of rabbitmq in rabbitmq.config

In rabbitmq.config you can use options like "vm_memory_high_watermark" to limit rabbitmq resources. It's a nice way to avoid situation when cgroups kill the rabbitmq process, because it's consuming a lot of resources, without being aware of these limits.
