Bug Description
Hi,
kolla-cli stop is broken due a change in kolla-ansible which changed the behavior of the tools.
Now the stop.yml is on each ansible roles (same as check) with specific tasks per role instead of a global stop.yml playbook.
The following code should be updated to make it work
