Bug Description
I've been using kolla-ansible for a while and have gone through a few releases. I've just done a stein upgrade and have noticed the following container is still running on my openstack controller:

It seems this image was deprecated, see:

Should we document that this should be manually removed in the upgrade notes? or should kolla-ansible do the cleanup for us?
