Bug Description

Due to ceph instructions on setting client caps for OpenStack: https://docs.ceph.com/docs/master/rbd/rbd-openstack/?highlight=uuid#setup-ceph-client-authentication
we lose nova write permission on images pool which is required for direct snapshot functionality.

Shouldn't it be a bug in Ceph bug tracker and fixed in their docs?

Well, we used them so this affects us. But true, it should be reported to them as well.
