Bug Description

I have a qemu image that is 17GB and when uploading it to glance, it remains in the queued status forever.

Is there a file limit somewhere ?

AFAIK, kolla didn't limit the size of images. If the network speed is slow, it will stay "queued" status for quite a long time.
