Arc approximation is too coarse in footprint editor

Bug Description
Arc approximation (I presume that's the reason) seems to have changed the footprint editor for worse, for example SMD 0201 rounded rectangle pads have three corners in place of one quarter circle edge. Maybe approximation shouldn't be used in the footprint editor at all? There's no speed advantage to be achieved there.
