Sometimes, when manipulating "non-critical" graphics, for example a logo or graphic, it could be helpful to allow "free resize" of graphical elements or groups of them. Somewhat like Inkscape with the arrows at the corners of selections.
This is a spin off from #1728272, as it is not specifically related to SVG import (that's just a likely use for it).
In the mean time, for SVG/DXF import, there is an import-time scale feature in the import dialog. |
