Custom pin mapping between symbol and footprint

Bug Description

In eeschema need to use a footprint field/other special field to customize pin map for part that use standard footprint but their pin number that not the normally map the same way (like the way pspice map symbol pin to the spice model). For example, there are photodiodes that use 4-SMD footprint. But the symbol still basically just a 2 pin diode. So if customize pin map allowed, the designer don't have to create the same exact symbol for this case, and have a freedom to swap to difference part during the design without keep create "special" symbol for every part that they find/need to swap. Create the same symbol like this type did not make sense for many case like this.

I Think this is a great idea as well, and I have to say I would love to see something like the diptrace component editor added with how they do attached patterns. It would be nice to be able to take one symbol and use it for a family of parts, so that you actually end up linking a single symbol to all the packages it could come in under one family. It would be really helpful for the medium size cortexes where they have both a qfp and a bga package but they are still ~200 pins and no one wants to make multiple symbols for the two packages. Though this would mean you could have some pins that are not connected on all packages and that may be an issue.
