No way to download installed package

Bug Description
I always clear /var/cache/
And I would like to store debs in Keryx cache only, but not on the machine.
Right now in case of AttributeError it says that I don't need to download it, but I'd like to.

I will see if I can add an option for this. It shouldn't be hard, just using a copy instead of a move.
