linux: 4.4.0-118.142 -proposed tracker

A regression has been found in the previous 4.4 kernel. That needs to be addresses before this kernel can be released.

Hardware Certification have begun testing this -proposed kernel.

Hardware Certification test completed. No regression was found except LP: #1759821 found in previous proposed kernel 4.4.0-117.141 is still able to reproduce.
