Tim, this is actually intended. The oracle kernel was not ready to roll and has not rolled yet. So linux-oracle users right now are not receiving updates. This was done incorrectly in the normal cycle and we are taking the chance to fix this in this security update cycle. In the 2023.09.04 cycle, 5.15 is still the default and 6.2 is only -edge. When Oracle decides to roll, we will update the meta for 6.2, but not right now. We even removed 6.2 from the security cycle for that reason.
