unaware of KDE proxy settings

Bug Description

KDE includes settings for web proxies, of course. KatchTV was (perhaps misguidedly) coded using python's own network libs where possible, to ease porting. This means that it completely bypasses KDE's proxy settings most of the time, though.

All network access that needs to use proxies (downloading files, feed updates, etc.) should probably go through KDE's KIO layer and/or network libs.
