Postgres error in logs: "relation "implemented_by" does not exist at character 41"

We have a number of repos that talk to PG. relstorage, of course, but also postoffice (which uses relstorage) and repozitory (which does pure SQL to talk to PG.) I'd probably start with repozitory.
