Bug Description

Subnet is not listing while creating the load balancers though it has subnets.

Contrail-build: ocata-5.0-173
contrail-command: 5.0-173

Steps to repro:
==============
1. Create a vn with a subnet 10.10.10.0/24
2. Then go to Services->Load Balancers->Create Load Balancer.
3. Select the subnet.

It is showing No data while selecting the subnet though it is having the subnet 10.10.10.0/24

In old ui also it is loading while selecting the subnet. The below error is seen in old UI console
