The contents of the git repo contrail-test-ci have been merged into the git repo contrail-test as of https://github.com/Juniper/contrail-test/commit/1de11533c1b970972b8fd7ce44a799fabcad523b so contrail-test-ci should be deprecated in order to avoid future confusion.

Remove all contents of this repo after merge into contrail-test

This repository is now deprecated. As of
https://github.com/Juniper/contrail-test/commit/1de11533c1b970972b8fd7ce44a799fabcad523b
the contents of this repo (contrail-test-ci) have been merged into
contrail-test.

This commit closes out this repo in order to avoid confusing potential new
contributors.
