Bug Description

Steps:

1) Try to config an alarm using the UI

2) Severity dropdown shows 0,1, minor, major, critial,5,6,7 ->> Entries are not consistent and seem confusing

We should be showing 0-7 options under severity dropdown

There is no meaning of 0,1, 5,6,7. They are kept there in case someone adds such severities through script.

Now analytics supports only 1,2,3
