Bug Description

1. Go to Configure > Networking > Policies
2. Click on create and click on 'Add Rule'
3. The data row of new rule appears as expected
4. While the default value of all fields appear, the value(ANY) under 'Ports' seems a little distorted since the textbox size is smaller now and only half of 'A' of 'ANY' is seen. This was clear previously.

It also gets a little difficult to edit this and enter new value since the text is not seen fully. Could this be changed?
