Bug Description

Getting empty string as the prouter name from analytics UVE.we see this in nodeg25.

contrail-snmp-collector sends PRouter UVE with name="" or None.

most likely the empty name is coming from the config..
Ted will fix this by ignoring prouter w/ empty names..
