[UI] Adding a new Server in logical interface window is overwriting existing one

Bug Description

R2.20 Build 16 and 23, Ubuntu 14.04 Juno Multi-node setup

Create physical interface ge-0/0/10 on a TOR
Create logical interface ge-0/0/10.1 , map it to a VN and add a server S1 with MAC1, click Save
MAC1 would be mapped to IP1

Now edit the same logical interface and add a new Server entry with a new MAC, click Save

Now, we see that MAC2 would be mapped to IP2 and MAC1 is removed altogether

neutron port-list also says that port with MAC1,IP1 is deleted
