Analytics Nodes : [u'nodei11']

Test steps:
                1.Creating vm's - vm1 and vm2 in networks vn1 and vn2.
                2.Creating a service instance in transparent mode with 3 instances.
                3.Creating a service chain by applying the service instance as a service in a policy between the VNs.
                4.Delete the SVMs in the SI one by one.

Observed that the ping from VM1 to VM2 fails.

There are 3 service instance when we delete 1 we should still see ping going through. Cannot reproduce as of today

* Add service vlan mac routes with vm interface peer

If there is a ecmp of transparent service instance
then service vlan mac must be deleted only when last service
instance is deleted, hence use vm interface peer
