VM uuid added in the VM UVE need to be used in UI for displaying System Information Unavailable and Configuration Unavailable message

Bug Description

Earlier we are comparing in the display_name in config server with the name in the UVE and displaying the appropriate messages like

"System Information Unavailable" and "Configuration Unavailable ",now uuid is available in the VM UVE so need to compare the UUID in the UVE with UUID in the config server and show the messages
