Bug Description

For this activity, heat charms has been taken from " charm: cs:xenial/heat" so contrail heat functionality will not work with the same. And the same has not been tested in this release.

The following is what I have used in the bundle file to provision the heat.

heat:
    charm: cs:xenial/heat
    bindings:
    num_units: 1
    to: [ "lxd:1" ]

  - [ "heat", "mysql" ]
  - [ "heat", "rabbitmq-server" ]
  - [ "heat", "keystone" ]
  - [ "contrail-openstack", "heat" ]

heat/0* active idle 0/lxd/3 192.168.11.117 8000/tcp,8004/tcp Unit is ready
  contrail-openstack/4 active idle 192.168.11.117 Unit is ready

Openstack heat was used, so contrail specfic heat test cases not applicable.
