Bug Description
With 5.0 DPDK PPS low as compared to 3.2.9
MAX PPS with 74B frame :
TX FPS : 2375000
RX FPS : 2375000
The same in 3.2.9 is 5M+ PPS TX and 5M+ PPS RX
Contrail version: 5.0-15.el7.centos
DPDK Version : 17.11
UIO_Driver: uio_pci_generic
Kernel: 3.10.0-
Cores to DPDK 8 Physical 0xff same numa as nic
Scaling Governor : performance
No of Service instances : 2 SI with 3 cores each
