Bug Description

With only ~50 networks, after vcenter-plugin restart, it takes ~3 minutes always.

After vcenter-plugin restart, SYNC takes ~3 minutes for ~50 networks
Closes-Bug: #1606726

217 VN are read now in 5 secs instead of 3 mins
Total initial sync time for 217 VNs and 1203VMs is 47 secs
