Build 2723 UI underlay : When link between prouter and vrouter goes down, some issues are seen on underlay topology page

When link between prouter and vrouter goes down , the following issues appear till link the details from http://nodeg32:8081/analytics/uves/prouter/*?cfilt=PRouterLinkEntry:link_table does not disappear( I think it takes approx 10-15mins):

1) Link between qfx51-8 and vrouter nodei4 down <---Tooltip does not show ip addr

2) Mapflow,traceflow and almost all other detail pages throw the error msg "Error: Server data retrieval error"

3) ae link ( link between prouter and vrouter) in the topology continues to appear as if it's up but disappears while expanding

4) Console error seen:
TypeError: _network.body.data.edges._data[params.edges[0]] is undefined
