Bug Description

On https://github.com/Juniper/contrail-controller/blob/R2.20/src/config/vnc_openstack/vnc_openstack/__init__.py#L96 , a reference is made to obj._auth_proto, however, obj._auth_proto doesn't exist if auth_url is specified.

Affects R2.20, as per github URL above. This appears fixed in master.
