Bug Description

when there are large number of records port page is getting slow....

-> Single call to get current project's vn and shared vns.
-> In case of edit. We can just get port's parent vn. No need to get all vn's.

Added the limit for the get request in the popup request.

time limit set is 300000ms

In api /api/tenants/config/get-virtual-machines-ips?uuid=
there is a extra flag added "getInstIps" if it is set to true the ip will also
be fetched if not set ip will not be fetched.

Done by Biswajith mandal.

UI changed by me.
Before was getting all data from the popup fetched detail/data.
Now reading the data from grid since some data like instanceip is taken out for
performance improvement.
