[UI] VN page takes a lot of time to load in a TOR-scale setup

Bug Description

R2.1 Build 42 Ubuntu 14.04 multi-node setup

This is a setup with 63 VNs, 62K VMIs, 1K VMIs/VN - all in one project

It seems that when user invokes Configure > Networking > Networks page, a GET on /projects is done by Contrail UI which includes all the backreferences also (~62K) which can be avoided.

The page takes 2-3 mins to load fully.

There is additional delay while fetching in chunks of 4 VNs

Use exclude_backrefs and fields for projects and other specific objects.

While doing a paginated response, do GET on config list based on only the type,
so send the fields along with the request to skip all other unwanted data.
For VN get, add exclude_back_refs.
