Instances list fails for many VMs in contrail-web-ui

Bug Description

When all instances under opencontrail-ci project is listed in the build production cluster, most of the names don't show up and ends up with "Error in fetching the details"

There are two issues as below:
1. From analytics some of VMs returns empty data, for ex:
http://10.84.26.15:8081/analytics/uves/virtual-machine/00961497-5249-4323-b
e25-fcc0253e71b9?flat

Similarly, some of the other Vms also return empty data for which we get
³error in fetching the details"

2. For UI, these empty data is treated as error, that needs to be fixed
from UI display.

Added the "Configuration unavailable and System Information unavailable" messages virtual machines summary page,on grid row expansion
When the config object of the Virtual machine is missing, message is "Configuration unavailable"
When the UVE of the Virtual machine is missing, message is "System information unavailable".
