Bug Description

When running juju 3.1-beta1 and doing a charm upgrade I get the following alarming message:

$ juju refresh indico --path=./indico_ubuntu-20.04-amd64.charm
CRITICAL REFRESH 0: &{URL:local:focal/indico-1 Origin:{Source:local Type: ID: Hash: Revision:0xc000727eb0 Channel:<nil> Platform:amd64/ubuntu/20.04 InstanceKey:UfM2y7Ju8bWQCuB1QE83jT3eQBJ5HKAhrTuRelrpvrM} Macaroon:<nil>}
Added local charm "indico", revision 1, to the model
Leaving endpoints in "alpha": db, grafana-dashboard, indico-peers, ingress, metrics-endpoint, redis

The upgrade itself seems to work fine though.
