Bug Description

We have subordinate charm that can run on Ubuntu Focal and CentOS7.

When we `juju deploy ./file.charm` it shows on `juju status` with `ubuntu` in the OS field of the applications.

When we `juju relate our-subordinate-charm charm-running-on-centos`, the subordinate charm deploys on a CentOS7 OS. But `juju status` continue showing as Ubuntu

I have a `juju status` in here: https://paste.ubuntu.com/p/W4qDZkGXx4/

I'm wondering if it make sense to display the OS field in that header anymore?

Juju seems to 'accidentally support' this, only because the 'ubuntu' code is running on centos and it happens to work, but not actually downloading and running the 'centos' build of the charm.

This bug affect only showed status and does not influence on main charm workflow.
