Bug Description
Bootstrapped a k8s controller with 2.8.10 from snap. Deployed cs:~charmed-
With the 2.9/candidate snap of juju, 2.9-rc12 upgraded the controller:
$ /snap/bin/juju upgrade-controller --agent-
best version:
2.9-rc13
started upgrade to 2.9-rc13
The model wouldn't upgrade, and returned a very unfriendly error message.
$ /snap/bin/juju upgrade-model
ERROR CAAS API host ports only available on the controller model, not "e2fece0a-
However:
$ /snap/bin/juju upgrade-model --agent-
best version:
2.9-rc13
started upgrade to 2.9-rc13
