Bug Description
When restoring from a local backup there is no progress information
juju restore-backup -m controller --file ~/juju-
As the restore process can take a long time it would be valuable to have some information on progress -- how much has already been processed, possibly an ETA on completion.
This makes it hard for the operator to decide if the restore is actually working, or is hung
