Bug Description
When I run 'juju config myapplication' (even with --format yaml), I get a detailed output very much like the content of config.yaml plus the actual values and the source, default or no. This is really useful. But, I sometimes need to take the settings for an application and apply them to another application on another site, and the format from 'juju config' isn't one that's accepted by 'juju config myapplication --file somefile.yaml'.
It would be superb if we had a switch for juju config, that allowed us to export the running config of an application in a format that we could use to import the config somewhere. Even better, would be to be able to only show the non-default settings.
