Bug Description
The last line in the output to the `upgrade-series prepare` command shows how to use the `complete` sub-command:
juju upgrade-series complete 0
But the original prepare invocation was this:
juju upgrade-series -m controller prepare 0 bionic
Do we want to be more precise in terms of what model to use in the output?
