Bug Description
If existing machines in a model are resized, juju's description of their hardware is not refreshed automatically, and remains as it was at initial deploy. Resizing rather than deploying new machines is probably most common with MAAS, where physical hardware can be upgraded, but could happen with OpenStack or public clouds as well.
Juju should either automatically refresh this information periodically (preferred), or provide a manually-initiated process for it, so that the hardware information displayed in the model status is accurate.
