Bug Description
Current output:
juju add-credential canonistack
Enter credential name: testing
Auth Types
access-key*
oauth
userpass
Select auth-type: oauth
ERROR auth type "oauth" for cloud "canonistack" not supported
Note that the correct values for the field seems to be oauth1 or oauth2. Neither of which are accepted because the list of authtypes is only oauth which isn't valid.

The openstack provider doesn't support oauth, so we shouldn't be giving it as an option in add-cloud.
