Bug Description
The juju status output is looking really good, thank you!
Some further tweaks.
Please right-align the SCALE and REV columns of the APP section.
Please also tweak the SCALE output as follows. When the desired number of units is the same as the actual number of units, please just show that number. Only use the a/b notation when those two are different, for example 3/4. Also, colorize that 3/4 yellow, please, like an unknown status, because it is an "off-nominal" situation.
