AWS Security Credentials have generation new process.

Security credentials have undergone another change that require new documentation. Very little needs to be changed as long as users are instructed to create administrative group with root access to apply to IAM users. I have ran through the new interface and will submit something soon.

Future update may include how to work with other users if possible.
