Bug Description
We use juju-wait pretty extensively in our CI tests, however, on non amd64 machines I've had to resort to cloning the git repo and making the code executable. Would really love to snap install juju-wait on arm64, ppc64, s390x!

Published the extra architectures. Should work fine as it is pure Python, but only AMD64 has really been tested.
